Mt. Zion School of Ministry - Missions
Missions, aside from intimacy with Christ, comprises the heart of this school. Our desire is to obey the very words of Jesus, the Son of God—“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature”; therefore, our aim is to train and send workers who will go out and take to the world, to every creature, the pure words of Christ, the truth of the gospel of God’s limitless, eternal love.
Beginning in 1999, the inception of Mt. Zion’s missionary endeavors was brought forth with the commissioning of several alumni to a short-term work in Israel. During the summer of the same year, groups were also sent to Russia, Kosovo, and Italy. In the years since then, several other alumni have been sent to nations in Africa, Asia, and Europe to minister the love of Jesus Christ. It is our hope, as the Lord opens the doors, to eventually 
establish training centers in the nations abroad from which ministers of the Gospel could be raised up and trained.
The school was granted a building in Skopje, Macedonia. Students were selected to fulfill their year of internship there to be trained in foreign missions work. Part of the training included leading Bible studies, working with street children, and training young adults that no longer qualified for care provided by government-run orphanages. In 2004, the Lord lead the leadership to donate the building to an established ministry in Skopje, Macedonia.
